Frequently Asked Questions

When are you open?
Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.

What hours can I access my unit?
It depends on what kind of storage unit you are renting. The non-climate-controlled units are not gated, so they are available at anytime. Climate-controlled units are available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.

Do I have to supply my own lock?
No, each of our units comes with complimentary use of a cylinder lock. Most units also have latches that can accommodate a second lock. Please note that if you lose any of the keys that come with the cylinder lock, or if you fail to return the lock when you move out, a $40-70 replacement fee will be charged.

How long do I have to rent a unit?
Our rental agreements are month-to-month and rent is due on the same day that you started your agreement. For example, if you sign a lease on the 21st, then your rent will be due on the 21st of every month while you are still storing with us.

How do I move out?
When you're ready to move out, clean your unit out completely of all belongings and any debris. Then bring your keys and lock we have provided to our office. If the office is not open, label your keys and drop them in our mail slot beside the office door. Tenants are responsible for rent and any late fees.

Do you offer insurance?
No, we do not sell insurance, but we offer information for Tenant One who specializes in renter's insurance. Also, check with your insurance provider as they may cover your property while being stored in a self storage unit.

Does someone need to be in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code to access our security gates.

How do I make a payment?
You can either pay in person, through the mail, by phone or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card monthly.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, Cash, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions of a specific item.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts while on the property.

Are there any additional fees?
No, we do not have any administration fees and we do not require tenants to pay a deposit. Please inquire about any additional fee questions you have and our manager will be happy to assist you.
